Terance Tamoon was President of Starline Shipping, and secretly a ruthless executive for the oppressive Gamma Trita Corporation (GTC). He directed the "Project Galatea", a sinister initiative aimed at transplanting human minds into indestructible android bodies. 

A cruel and abusive corporate tyrant, Tamoon’s history included the sexual assault of April Vasquez and the televised execution of Elizabeth Courlin. He met his demise during the assault on his facility on Oberon, where he was executed by Dr. Silf to spare Vasquez the burden of the kill, with a vengeful Lorelei Ogden shooting his corpse to ensure his death.
