Tellmach was a massive crime lord and predatory thug operating on Triton. He relied on powerful cybernetic arms but lacked agility. His attempt to extort a "newcomer fee" from Lorelei Ogden and April Vasquez ended in deep humiliation. 

Driven by injured pride, Tellmach coerced Zaren in an alliance to ambush Ogden. When the ambush failed and Zaren ordered a retreat, an infuriated Tellmach refused to back down. Before he could execute Ogden, he was shot and killed instantly by Dr. Silf.
