Kolos is a Himzsan, a third alien race in the known galaxy, though few are aware of their existence. Himzsan are typically tall, with mottled green and brown skin and bright yellow eyes. Lorelei Ogden first crosses paths with him while navigating the maintenance tunnels of the maximum-security prison on Ceres, inadvertently providing him with the distraction he needs to escape. His whereabouts thereafter are unknown, though there are rumors he lurks in the shadows in places like Ganymede, observing Terran and Ventran goings-on while preserving the secret of the Himzsans' existence.
