Janus Bio-Tech is a massive corporation operating out of the Sol System. Across their many divisions, they've pioneered technologies that have made Terrans' lives easier in environments ranging from the breathable surface of Earth to the many domed cities and space vessels.

Just a few of their advancements:

• Atmospheric Seeding: bacteria designed to survive on the frozen plains of Europa or the hyper-acidic clouds of Venus, slowly churning out breathable gas or neutralizing toxic soil.

• Synthetic Ecosystems: Engineered algae and microbes that help keep the air in domed cities more pure

• Memory Harvesting: Synthetic viruses that allowing customers to back up their memories or erase traumatic instances (this technology is reportedly what Gamma Trita has used to more quickly train its super-agents with 'downloaded' skill sets)

• Enhancement Implants: most of the premium implants (ocular, limb augmentation, brain-embedded computers, etc.) are made by Janus
