C-Hill was a heavily modified cyborg, and the majordomo of Marco Deed’s ship, Vapour. He initially operated under the alias "Wayfinder," remotely hacking the Vespasian to aid Lorelei Ogden and April Vasquez's escape. 

He proved his readiness by joining an extraction mission to Venus. While infiltrating the Kuraudo Mega-Tower alongside Vasquez, C-Hill was brutally murdered by elite GTC operative Xavier Rykiel, who used the cyborg’s charred, broken corpse to taunt the survivors. Following his death, he was replaced by a new majordomo named Bravia.
